Ignition and Supervision Components ECLIPSE

pilot

There is an Eclipse gas pilot available for use with virtually any type of industrial burner. Complete pilot assemblies are available in atmospheric types for either low (4" w.c. to 3 psig) or high (3 psig and above) pressure gas. Ignition methods are either manual or electric.

Veri-Flame

Monitor, diagnose, troubleshoot and control single burner systems with individual valve trains. Purge, no purge, and modulation models are available.Versions are available to meet UL and FM standards.

Multi-Flame

The Eclipse Combustion Multi-Flame Burner Monitoring System controls the start-up sequence and monitors the flame of up to 20 individual gas, oil, or combination gas/oil burners connected to a common valve train. Its dynamic on-board testing checks for faulty relays, proof of valve closure, high and low fire switch interlocks, and shorted air switch.

Remote Display

This remote display operates with either the 6000 Series Multi-Flame or the 6500 Series Bi-Flame. It is connected to either Series motherboard by a 15-pin port cable which must be purchased separately. This display provides alphanumeric messages which indicate burner status as well as annuciate lockout condition in the Multi-Flame or Bi-Flame systems.

Bi-Flame

Now you can conveniently monitor, diagnose and troubleshoot dual-burner applications with computerized reliability and precision.

Eclipse Bi-Flame Monitoring Systems are specifically engineered to control the startup sequence and monitor the flame of two individual gas, oil or combination gas/oil burners sharing a common valve train. Bi-Flame controls two flames as a single burner and is the ideal solution for controlling burners that must operate as a pair.

Peek-A-Flame

The Peek-A-Flame Relay Series 7000 is a sensor module that activates a relay when a flame is detected by an ultraviolet sensor or a flame rod. The Peek-A-Flame is for flame detection only; it will not detect safe start, safety lockout, load switching or any other safety procedures.

UL recognized & FM approved.
Plugs into an Industry Standard 11-pin base.
Test point at the front permits direct reading of the flame signal level, 0-12 VDC.
"Flame On" Light
"Flame Fail" Light indicates Test condition and can be activated remotely. By applying 12-120 VAC or VDC to Pin #10. Contacts are also activated between Pin #5 and Pin #6. A test signal is ouput on Pin #11.
Analog output on Pin #11 for remote monitoring by a PLC or similar device.

Flame Equipment

These documents have information on various components used in igniting and detecting burner flames including flamerods, igniters, insulators, ignition transformers, and connectors.

Heat Block Seal

The Eclipse Heat Block Seal is designed to protect ultraviolet flame scanners by sealing them from hot combustion gases and insulating them from heat transferred through the scanner pipe.

T600 Flame Safeguard

The T600 Flame Safeguard from Eclipse offers the most flexible, cost effective solution for burner control anywhere in the world. T600 is a single burner controller for use with direct or indirect-fired furnace or oven applications that require globally approved flame safety systems. T600 provides more of the features, options, and versatility users need, including programming flexibility, scalability and advanced diagnostics. It operates with a flamerod or UV scanner without changing models or modules. Program sequences and operating times can be customized to provide exacting burner control in virtually any application. T600 supports intermittent or continuous operation. Optional Modbus or Profibus communication is available to provide details at the operator’s location. T600 models are available with or without an integrated display.

T600 UV Scanner

The UV 41HE high sensitivity flame detector responds to UV radiation from a flame and provides a simulated ionization signal to the T600 flame safeguard. The UV 42 flame detector responds to radiation and provides a 230 VAC signal to the second flame detector input of the T600. The UV 41HE and UV 42 are CE listed, CSA certified, FM approved and are only for use with T600-series flame safeguards. Both UV scanners are suitable for intermittent operation. For use in continuous operation applications, the UV 4x EM 1/1 self-check shutter module can be paired with either detector.
